It was happened to me everyday..and I keep asking myself..how does it burnt.. so, I think I know why my weight is getting lower after I woke up from the bed.. Actually setiap kali before tido mesti saya timbang berat dulu..then bila bangun,,aik,,berat turun ekk...hehe..nak tau kenape???Article tu gtau, metabolisme badan akan naik bila suhu bilik kita sejuk, badan akan bakar banyak kalori to keep our body warm..and can up the metabolism's rate..sebab tu kalau kt oversea, author tu sarankan untuk turunkan suhu heater. to let the body works on their own to keeps the body warm..sekarang kan sejuk..sebab ujan la lau kat malaysia ni..hehe..mmg tiap2 malam saya tdo selimut 2lapis siap bersweater lagi. pastu, kena avoid makan carbohydrate at least 6hours before sleep.When the body is low on carbohydrates, it starts using calories to burn fat for energy.
